All products purchased from www.sheetsmart.pk can be exchanged within a week only if:
֎ The item(s) is defective or has missing accessories, wrong size/order/article issue at the time of delivery.
֎ Customer must send us a complaint message within in 3 days after receiving the parcel needed to exchanged. To send
a complaint message customer must access the complaint message tab provided on the bottom of the website.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to consider exchanges. Such scenarios include,
֎ Complaint message is sent after 3 days of receiving the parcel.
֎ Slight color variation can occur due to phtographic lighting, thus the product is not eligible for exchange for this particular reason.
