All products purchased from www.sheetsmart.pk can be exchanged within a week only if:
- The item(s) is defective or has missing accessories, wrong size/order/article issue at the time of delivery.
- Customer must send us a complaint message within in 3 days after receiving the parcel needed to exchange. To send a complaint message customer must access the complaint message tab provided on the bottom of the website.
- There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to consider exchanges. Such scenarios include,
- Complaint message is sent after 3 days of receiving the parcel.
- Slight color variation can occur due to phtographic lighting, thus the product is not eligible for exchange for this particular reason.
- Product is damaged because of wrong use etc.
- Product has been tempered.
- Customers want to exchange just because of change of mind.
